Inspired by the Belgian design aesthetic, the Frida Deconstructed Bed combines a button tufted soft grey linen upholstered shelter headboard with a footboard, back and sides that pair linen and burlap for a sophisticated rustic appeal. The finish is Antique Milk paint, a light brown with a nearly opaque antique milk colour and a brush-painted effect. Bed includes headboard, footboard and rails. Frida expresses the elegance of simplicity and the essence of comfort. Lyrical and intentional, Frida offers a subtle array of three antique grey-white finishes, speaking to Belgium's penchant for all things grey. A neutral palette of grey, blue, white and soft brown blends lyrically with an array of textures and shapes to create Frida. The poetic beauty of each piece is unveiled in Frida through texture, colour, piece character and artistic shapes.

Frame Construction: This manufacturer uses carefully chosen solid wood and select wood veneers over durable wood products in our furniture construction. Use of veneers enables more decorative looks unattainable with solid wood. Veneers are used over durable wood products such as medium density fiberboard (MDF) and particle board, made of renewable resources. MDF and particle board are used in quality furniture for areas that need to be stable, such as large surfaces. These durable wood products do not expand and contract with heat and cold and do not absorb moisture as much as solid wood, which results in stronger and longer-lasting furniture.
