Description: 

Unmistakably glamorous, the Coen 1-Drawer Side Table is a showstopper. The collection features rounded drawer fronts covered in patterned eggshell, and large brushed brass handles seem to hover above the angular lines of the side table's body.

There is nothing subtle about the Coen collection. The lacquered eggshell finish on the drawers is created by an artisan using an old-world technique in which he lays, by hand, tiny pieces of eggshell into a unique pattern over a linen foundation. Each piece of the eggshell is meticulously adhered, fitting in like a puzzle piece. The artisan then covers the design with myriad layers of hand-painted lacquer to achieve a smooth finish. The result is a usable piece of artwork. What We Love About the Coen Collection We love the versatility. The eggshell drawer fronts are available in white or grey, and each drawer is finished with an oak veneer and features soft-closing glides.
