This is for the Chair to be upholstered along with the 4 yards of fabric required per chair.

Upholstery charge per chair: $345 X 2 Chairs = $690

Fabric Charge - Kravet Smart Fabric Code 35392-50 - Price Per yard = $75.20

$75.20 x 8 yards ( 4 per chair) = $601.60

Total = $601.60 +$690.00 = $1,291.60
